Hunsperger & Weston, Ltd. is a full service (small business) real estate consulting and appraisal firm specializing in litigation support and related valuation of many types of non-residential real estate. Wayne L. Hunsperger and Mark S. Weston are principals in the company and together have in excess of 40 years experience in the industry. Hunsperger & Weston, Ltd. was incorporated in the State of Colorado in 1991. The firm’s practice is local, regional, and national in scope, having provided appraisal and/or consulting assignments in more than 20 states. In addition, Mr. Hunsperger has provided pro-bono consulting services in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. The firm has a professional staff of seven. A senior associate, Anne Renaud-Wilkinson, has special expertise in conservation easement valuation. Assignments often involve complex issues requiring a multi-disciplinary approach. Services of land planners, civil engineers, water rights consultants and other experts are often engaged as a team. This approach enables us to provide more creative solutions to particularly challenging valuation problems. Hunsperger & Weston, Ltd. recently sponsored an internship program whereby a Costa Rican attorney worked with the firm for several months. This enabled her to study the practical application of valuation techniques that could be used in Costa Rica for development of natural resource damage models and placement of protective easements on rain forest lands.
