Julie is a 'hands on' real estate agent who has been involved in almost every facet of the real estate industry. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Communication (Advertising). Commencing an outstanding personal sales career at 19 years of age, by 21 Julie owned her own large real estate agency practice. Her personal sales figures have placed Julie in the very top handful of agents in Australia. The former National Training Director of Australia's largest franchise group L.J. Hooker Ltd. Julie is also an advisor to the Australian Federal Government on real estate matters. She holds the e-Pro qualification from the National Association of Realtors in the USA and is the only person outside of North America to be a member of the CyberProfessionals. Julie is a popular speaker with her audiences who leave not only wiser for the experience but refreshed and excited about putting new ideas into practice for themselves. Known for making the complex simple, she is also a popular author of the video series "Street-Smart Listing Secrets" and the book The E- Toolkit.
