A+ Institute, owned by CFT, is dedicated to providing quality distance education courses at an affordable price. Our distance education courses were specifically designed for people entering the real estate profession, and for busy real estate professionals who need approved clock-hours for renewal now. The A+ Program was created by Dixie Randock, past holder of many distinguished positions in the real estate career field including: Past Regional Vice President of Region I REEA (Real Estate Education Association), top producing Washington State Agent and Broker, Idaho Real Estate Broker, ARELLO Course Developer and Primary Provider. Dixie Randock has operated a multi-office real estate brokerage and was featured in the 1998 Edition of Spokane Woman Magazine. Dixie Randock offers free online student help including a free sample exam, math tutorials, free agent safety programs, and a scholarship program for low-income individuals, single parents, domestic violence victims and/or displaced homemakers who wish to start a career as a licensed real estate professional. Approved for distance delivery by ARELLO as well as by Washington State, California, Oregon, Idaho State Laws, A+ multimedia courses are taken by hundreds of students each year to successfully pass the State exam and/or fulfill State licensing renewal requirements.
