Gene Trowbridge has been in the commercial investment business since 1972. Through his own firm, Trowbridge and Associates he provides legal and real estate consulting services to individuals and corporations. He is a member of the California Bar and his law practice is limited to matters concerning real estate. He specializes in the brokerage and syndication of commercial and investment property. He has authored several seminars on group ownership, exchanges and taxation that have been delivered nationally. His articles have been published in various real estate publications, and he is a frequent speaker at local, state and national real estate conventions. Gene received his CCIM designation in 1977 and has served on the CCIM faculty since 1979. He received the Robert L. Ward Senior Instructor of the Year Award in 2002; in 2005 he was honored with the Victor L. Lyon Award for his contributions to the CCIM educational program. He has also been recognized for his teaching in the real estate taxation and decision analysis courses offered by the CCIM Institute. Jerry Rutledge, DREI, CREI. Jerry Rutledge has been involved with real estate, finance, development and education for more than 35 years. He is a real estate broker, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and a mortgage broker, licensed by the Texas Savings and Loan Department. Jerry has been awarded the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designation and the International Real Estate Educators Association Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation. He served as the Director of Education, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors; he owns and operates Alliance Academy, a TSLD and TREC-Approved Provider School. REALTOR Errol L. Greene, GRI, CRS, CRB. REALTOR Errol Greene has been licensed to practice real estate in Florida since 1968. He has a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Master's Degree in Management with a concentration in real estate topics. Involvement in real estate education began in 1972, and Errol has been an educator as well as a broker since that time. His real estate educational involvement includes pre-licensing, post-licensing and continuing education. He has also taught college credit courses. These courses include Real Estate Investment Analysis, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Fundamentals. He is a member of the Realtors' Institute faculty of the Florida Association of Realtors. Errol's experience as a real estate broker includes management and sales as well as syndication. He has been active in Realtor Association activities. He has serving as President of the Orlando Association, Treasurer of the Florida Association and Chairman of the National Professional Standards Committee. Sharon Finch O'Maley. Sharon Finch O'Maley is president of Royal Tech Writers & Translators. She is a real estate specialist who also writes articles, books and research projects in the fields of insurance, finance, education and medicine for clients throughout the United States. She has written Continuing Education Courses from 40 pages in length to 450 pages on topics such as Global Capital Markets, Mutual Fund Analysis, Investment Options, Real Estate Principles, Laws of Agency, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Retirement Planning and various topics for the mortgage industry. A student of the Spanish language, Sharon lived overseas for three years and has attended language school in two different countries. She and her daughter reside in Port Orange, Florida and enjoy NASCAR racing at Daytona Speedway, the exquisite beaches and consistently warm weather.
