Highpointe is a residential land development company that was formed in 1997 to take advantage of the improving California real estate market. The three principals of Highpointe have extensive experience with the land entitlement, development and homebuilding phases of the residential real estate market. Highpointe has relationships with bonding companies and various regional banks that allow it to entitle land and develop lots as the opportunities arise. Highpointe has numerous financial partners that understand the risks of real estate development and are capable of reacting to market conditions to take advantage of opportunities. Since its inception, Highpointe has acquired over 6,700 residential lots and it currently owns 6 projects with over 2,700 lots in various stages of development in areas ranging from San Diego County to Orange County to Riverside and San Bernadino Counties. These projects range from raw land to ""Blue-Topped"" lots. Highpointe has also been negotiating with several large public homebuilders to acquire land and develop lots on a fixed fee basis in markets throughout Southern California, which further exemplifies the experience and ability of Highpointe principals. Highpointe's success is due to its ability to react quickly to market opportunities and its ability to assess the risks and rewards associated with each land development. This ability coupled with the principal's collective reputations within the industry, a strong work ethic and an extensive network of contacts allows Highpointe to be competitive even with other larger residential land development companies.
