Professional Realty and Development Corporation and Angelus Management Services Inc. (AMSI) develop and manage senior living facilities in the midwest. Professional Realty and Development Corporation develops and constructs the facilities while Angelus Management Services Inc. operates them. All entities are wholly owned by Mr. Robert Niebauer and/or his family. Mr. Robert Niebauer (resume), founder and PRDC's sole owner, remains the CEO and provides valuable insight to the design, development and construction of these properties. Mr. Niebauer spent the majority of his career as the owner of Planning Associates, an architectural and construction firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. His passion for providing quality facilities for seniors led to the formation of Angelus Retirement Communities. Chet Bradeen joined the Angelus Management Services team in 2005 as President and COO. Mr. Bradeen has decades of experience in senior living services and plays an integral part in Angelus Management Services' expansion.
