The City of Columbus established the Downpayment Assistance Program to help low and moderate income households finance the acquisition of a home. To be eligible, you must meet the program guidelines. The funds for the Downpayment Assistance Program are limited and will be available on a first-come, first serve basis. The program and income guidelines, with a list of participating lenders are located below. Please contact one of the lenders on this list for qualification. The lender will let you know if you will qualify for a first mortgage loan and the City Downpayment Program.
