Mark Robbins Boud is the Principal and Founder of Real Estate Economics. Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University, with degrees in English and Economics. Upon graduation in 1985, Mark worked as a computer programmer and economic analyst for real estate consulting firms and residential developers. With a desire to expand his services and broaden his influence, Mark formally organized Real Estate Economics in 1995, and opened an office in Laguna Niguel, California. Since that time, the company has expanded to a larger facility in Irvine, California. To keep pace with the growth of Real Estate Economics, we have acquired a highly specialized team of consultants to produce our custom reports. Under the direction of Mark Boud, each consultant has the highest level of skill, with an emphasis on quality and sensitivity for each study we perform.
