Moscow was selected to become a seat of the new enterprise deliberately since over the past 6 years the Byelorussian enterprise Yurkevich & Co. Engineering Society Ltd. headed by Pavel B. Yurkevich had occupied firm positions on the Moscow market where the volume of services rendered was continuously increasing and demanded permanent presence. At the same time rendering of services on the Byelorussian market was decreasing permanently for economical reasons. Therefore in December 2000 Pavel B. Yurkevich was naturalized in the Russian Federation and in March 2001 he moved to Moscow, now his permanent place of residence. In August 2002 after the sale of Pavel B. Yurkevich’s statutory fund control share in the Yurkevich & Co. Engineering Society Ltd. the name of the Byelorussian enterprise is changed.
