The company, being the owner of the commercial administration building in downtown Bratislava, has been dealing with its complex administration (property management) since 1996. In addition to its activities as real estate administrator it performs real estate activities and minor investments in real estates with the aim to valorise them. Starting with 2007 it has been extending its business activities with property management of residential buildings. The company employs up to 20 people.
